What is Risk Assessment ?
Risk Assessment is carried out before commencement of any job to identify the hazards and apply controls to mitigate the Risk.
Following are steps of Risk Assessment

Make a list of the task need to be done.
Step No 2
Identify the hazard. who might be harmed and how.
Step No 3
Evaluate the Risk. Estimate the Risk.
Step No 5
Record the findings.
Step No 6
Review your findings and improve if required
